Dunfin is located in the newly built quarters next to Selma Lagerlöfs Torg. Here you will find restaurants and services such as pharmacies, dental care, opticians, and health centers. Within walking distance, there are also a couple of green areas. Dunfin consists of a building with four floors. All floors are for general care and nursing with 56 apartments in the residence.

We value your commitment and competence. You are the one who makes everyday life work and become meaningful. In your work, you start from the strengths of the residents and utilize the individual's resources. You motivate and stimulate the residents based on their individual conditions in their own home, which is part of the care and nursing home.

Your tasks include everything from personal care, support during meals, encouragement and support in social activities, as well as collaboration with relatives. Some tasks are performed on behalf of licensed staff. You are also a contact person who helps the resident articulate their needs and wishes.

Your working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

About You

Requirements

• We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant, can show the Socialstyrelsen certificate for protected professional title, or can demonstrate that you were employed as a care assistant when the new regulations were introduced.
• Computer skills for documentation in IT systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience in care and nursing work
• Further education in care and nursing

In your role, you will meet many people, which requires you to work together with others to achieve common goals. You should be respectful, open in your meetings, and always have the residents' best interests in focus. The workday can sometimes be different from what was planned since you work with people; therefore, you maintain calm, balance different demands, and reprioritize your tasks.
